Hiring All-Stars - Equitably
Hiring All-Stars - Equitably, is a training that was developed to help employers understand hiring biases that hinder their efforts of diversity, equity, and inclusion when forming their staff and retaining great talent. This training will hit on the following objectives:
Defining the role
Outreach and Recruitment
Making the Offer
Threaded within each of the objectives are explicit strategies on how to carry out those functions equitably. This training will push hiring managers to go back to their core values, examine both personal and company biases, and provide support to assess key strengths and gaps in their hiring processes.
