Allyship: An Advocacy Power Tool
As we continue to respond to various injustices, allyship can serve as a powerful tool to advocate for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in all types of spaces. Yet, one may wonder, what does it mean to be an ally, or how can you be an actionable in supporting minoritized people? These are just a few of many questions we will discuss with diversity professionals. You will leave the session with a better understanding of allyship, the role of allyship, and the impactful actions one can take for caring, inclusive, and accountable environments.
