Join School of Law professors Nienke Grossman, Elizabeth Keyes, Robert Knowles and Hugh McClean as they discuss the current situation in Afghanistan, and how decades of U.S. foreign policy led to this humanitarian crisis. Each will share a perspective of national security, international law and human rights, veterans affairs, or immigrant rights.
Professor John Bessler, an expert on human rights law, will moderate the discussion. Masks are required, and social distancing is expected. The discussion will be recorded for later viewing.
