You are invited to join in the celebration of Professor Jose Anderson's new book, Genius for Justice: Charles Hamilton Houston and the Reform of American Law, on Thursday, Feb. 24 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Prof. Anderson will be joined by several special guests: UBalt Law professors Michael Higginbotham and Cassandra Jones HavardKamali Houston, a lawyer and great-granddaughter of Charles Hamilton Houston; and filmmaker Mick Caouette, who directed the documentary “Mr. Civil Rights: Thurgood Marshall and the NAACP.” Mr. Caouette has generously agreed to donate to the UBalt Law Library his entire archive of material on both Marshall and Houston from the production of the film.
