Course Topic: International HR This course provides an in-depth study of international human resource management. The student will understand a global perspective on policies/procedures and functions related to management strategies, expatriate and global employment, leadership roles and development, the impact of joint ventures and acquisitions, knowledge sharing, facilitating change and the redesign of traditional processes including talent acquisition, training and development, and performance evaluation in a multi-national organization.
