THE FUND FOR EXCELLENCE
In a world defined by rapid developments in technology, economic fluctuations, and an increasingly globalized landscape, the needs of our students are ever-changing. The Fund for Excellence gives us the flexibility to remain well ahead of the curve while providing our students with the exceptional education they need to be successful inside and outside of the classroom.
Funded through generous gifts from UBalt friends and alumni, the Fund for Excellence provides for the growth and expansion of existing projects while also funding the development of essential new learning opportunities. These unrestricted gifts are an important source of operational revenue and help advance some of the University’s highest priorities where no other funds exist, including:
- Scholarships and fellowships
- Technology upgrades and support for students
- Faculty special projects and research aid
- Community engagement initiatives
- University programs and events
As the University continues to grow and evolve, the Fund for Excellence gives UBalt a competitive edge with the ongoing development of innovative programs designed to meet the most pressing needs of our diverse student body. Your contribution to the Fund for Excellence bolsters the solid foundation on which the University is built, moving The University of Baltimore into its next 100 years stronger than ever.
