Steve Isberg, associate professor in the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business, tells The Baltimore Sun that the announcement of a plan by Jos. A. Bank to acquire competitor Eddie Bauer is one of a number of "interesting twists" in the company's ongoing efforts to position itself in the struggling men's clothier market.
