Lyle Denniston, long-time Supreme Court reporter and unofficial dean of the Supreme Court press corps and now the Wilson H. Elkins Professor of Academic Transformation with the University of Baltimore's Bank of America Center for Excellence in Learning, Teaching and Technology, will deliver the second in his "Citizenship and Freedom" lectures series about the court and its role in American life on Thursday, Oct. 20. The event will take place beginning at 5 p.m. in the Moot Court Room of the John and Frances Angelos Law Center (home of the University of Baltimore School of Law), 1401 N. Charles St. Denniston's talk, "When the Politicians Pick the Voters," is free and open to the public.
