Henry Mortimer, director of the University of Baltimore's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, will be part of a panel discussion entitled "City Genius: Accelerators, Incubators & Innovation Hubs," on Wednesday, Oct. 4 beginning at 5 p.m. at the Center Club, 100 Light St., #16. The event is part of Baltimore Innovation Week 2017. Ticket information is listed below.
Mortimer will join a panel representing Baltimore's startup scene, including Deb Tillet, president and executive director of the Emerging Technology Center, Frank Bonsal III, director of venture creation at Towson University, and Darius Graham, director of the Social Innovation Lab at the Johns Hopkins University,
The discussion, part of the City Genius speaker series, will focus on the ways that new business models are driving economic development in Baltimore and Maryland.
