University of Baltimore's College of Public Affairs Among Nation's Best in Latest Rankings from U.S. News

In the newly released 2023-24 edition of the Best Graduate Schools rankings from U.S. News & World Report, The University of Baltimore's College of Public Affairs tied with a dozen other institutions nationwide for #72. With 269 schools ranked, the College of Public Affairs is in the top third of the best public affairs schools in the United States.
In Maryland, UBalt's College of Public Affairs finished second only to its equivalent at the University of Maryland, College Park, which earned a #25 ranking. UMBC is ranked at #85 by the magazine, and Bowie State University is #219.
UBalt's overall position of #72 represents a tie with several strong institutions, including Binghamton University-SUNY, Northeastern University, Penn State University, The New School and the University of Arkansas.
"The University of Baltimore College of Public Affairs continues to shine as a leading institution in preparing leaders in government and nonprofit service," says Dean Roger Hartley. "Our nationally accredited MPA program and eight other graduate programs in public service are among the nation’s best and among the best in Maryland."
