9/29/09:  Health Care Reform with Senator Cardin. Senator Cardin will be discussing health care reform and how it relates to the legal profession. Come join us! Breakfast to start at 7:15; lecture from 7:45 to 8:40. 

10/6/09: Medical Expert Witnesses: How to find, bind, and refine them. 8am to 9am, room 211. Whether it's personal injury, workers' comp or criminal litigation, expert medical opinions are crucial to proving clients' claims.  But how do you convince the reluctant treating doctor to render causal relationship opinions and, if you can't, how to you recruit the right expert witness? Find out in an informative seminar presented by Mitchell Greenberg, J.D. ’91. Presented by the School of Law.
