Our panelists will explore the ways in which we can change our system through the mass misdemeanor reform movement. Hear from: Prof. Jenny Roberts, American University; Washington County Deputy State's Attorney Joe Michael; and Assistant Maryland Public Defender Shawn Gaither. Baltimore Law Prof. Jose Anderson will moderate the discussion.
