Description:

CNCM & GAHS will pay registration fees for a limited number of students on a First-Come, First-Served basis! Must Register Before May 24, 2023! Please register for the other 2 trainings as well! CNCM will reach out to you with your ticket information & zoom link. If you do not receive an email at least 2 weeks in advance of the event, please email Talia.Martinez@UBalt.edu This training teaches the 5 Approaches to Conflict. Trainees engage in an interactive experience that helps them see how they approach conflict, how others may do things differently, & shows them why judging the way others approach conflict can escalate situations. This event is sponsored by the Baltimore Community Mediation Center (BCMC). To make conflict management skills accessible to Baltimore city residents and the greater online community BCMC is hosting an online conflict management training workshop series at a reduced cost! People who attend the trainings will learn more about their perceptions of conflict, what to do when conflict happens, how to listen more purposefully during conflict, how to ask open-ended questions to facilitate understanding, and the power of emotional intelligence. This is a means to access skills to help you navigate and mitigate conflict in your life and relationships. Please take advantage of this opportunity!
