Come learn about strategies to prioritize your mental health and connect with others who are on a similar journey. Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop designed to empower you with tools and techniques to support your mental well-being! Here's what you can expect:

  • Introduction: Get an overview of the workshop objectives and agenda, setting the tone for an insightful session.
  • Icebreaker Activity: Break the ice and foster a comfortable environment with an activity where participants can share their experiences related to mental health.
  • Understanding E3 & Think Happy. Live Happy. Curriculum: Discover the history and mission of Think Happy. Live Happy. (TH.LH.), and dive into the purpose and contents of the kit. Learn about the research behind it and how it can benefit you.
  • Guided Activity: Exploring the Kit: Take a guided tour through the kit's contents, examining each item and reflecting on how it supports mental well-being. Engage in prompts and questions to deepen your understanding.
  • Reflection/Sharing: Come together for a post-survey and guided reflection session. Share your insights and experiences, providing valuable data for our pilot.
  • Closing and Next Steps: Summarize key takeaways and express gratitude for participation.
  • Follow-Up/Evaluation: Join us for a second session to gather feedback and evaluate the workshop's effectiveness based on participant engagement and achievement of learning objectives.
