Join the Latin American Law Students Association on Tuesday, Jan. 29, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, at Noona's. Fifteen percent of the proceeds from the evening will benefit the Esperanza Center in Fells Point. Be sure to tell your server that you are with UB when you order!
The Esperanza Center is a comprehensive immigrant resource center that offers hope and essential services to people who are new to the United States. Immigrants from all over the world have received important resources and compassionate guidance at the Esperanza Center since 1963. Their dedicated staff and volunteers provide services and referrals, ESL education, healthcare, and low-cost immigration legal services to thousands of immigrants each year.
