Hear from William Yeatman of the Cato Institute on the case Kisor v. Wilkie and what it says about the administrative state. Mr. Yeatman is a research fellow in Cato's Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies, where he works on administrative law, constitutional structure and regulatory reform.

His work has appeared in academic journals such as Georgetown Law Journal, as well as The Wall Street Journal, Foreign Policy and Bloomberg. Professor Kim Wehle will provide commentary on the presentation.
