Leading with Strength
- William H. Thumel Sr. Business Center
Have you explored your strengths? Too often, we only think about our weaknesses. Strengthes education focuses on learning what your top talents are, developing them into strengths, and maximizing them to benefit yourself and your team.
During this interactive program, you will:
- Get to know your personal talents and strengths
- Learn how to use your strengths in teams
- Explore how your strengths can impact communities
In order to participate in this event, you must complete the StrengthsQuest assessment to discover your five talent themes. Visit www.strengthsquest.com to find out more. The first 20 students to RSVP will receive a free code to complete the StrengthsQuest assessment (A $12 value). In order to claim your free code, please e-mail email@example.com. Please DO NOT complete the assessment before you receive your free code as you cannot be reimbursed later for the expense. If you've already completed the assessment, please bring your list of your top 5 talent themes with you.
