The School of Law hosts "U.S. Taxpayers' Foreign Accounts: FATCA,Voluntary Disclosures & Summonses," a panel discussion headlined by Richard Harvey, professor at Villanova Law and one of the principal drafters of FATCA. Details on additional panelists will follow. The discussion will be moderated by Fred Brown, associate professor and director of the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Baltimore.
