Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby will speak at the commencement and certificate ceremony of the Summer Junior State's Attorney Program, in which 30 city middle-school children have taken part this summer. UB School of Law Dean Ronald Weich is to introduce State's Attorney Mosby.
