Catherine Smith is a professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Her articles have been published in Wisconsin Law Review, North Carolina Law Review, Rutgers Law Review and Connecticut Law Review. Professor Smith’s current research explores the equal protection rights of children of same-sex parents.
