The University Budget Office invites UB Employees to the first in a series of trainings designed to foster a greater understanding of budgeting principles and best practices. In Fundamentals of Budgeting we will examine the purpose of budgeting, why budgets are essential and how a business unit's budget integrates into the total University plan. Please join us for this presentation that will include interactive exercises.
