College of Public Affairs Fulbright Scholar in Residence José Florencio Fernández Santillán, whose research focuses on the political process, social reforms, and the rule of law in Mexico, will deliver a lecture, "Social Violence and Criminality: A Comparison Between Baltimore and Mexico," on Nov. 10.

Light refreshments will be served in the Business Center Atrium at 5 p.m., and the lecture will begin in the Business Center Auditorium at 6 p.m.
