Supervisory Performance Management Training provided by Mary Maher, AVP for Human Resources
Supervisory training has been developed and updated to support your understanding of how UB’s performance management program works, the role of supervisors and the engagement of staff. This 2-hour training is required for all supervisory staff and faculty responsible for completing staff performance appraisals. Remember, completed and signed Performance Appraisal forms are due in the Office of Human Resources no later than April 29, 2016. (For UB Police, the due date is March 31, 2016.)
