A Mindfulness Approach To Managing Your Mood

Come learn about the benefits of mindfulness, an invaluable psychological tool and life philosophy. Mindfulness practice has been shown to increase one's ability, to manage worry, emotional concerns, and quality of life by being present. In this group, participants will learn a minimum of two structures mindfulness practice exercises, the connection to between anxiety and un-mindfulness, and two skills to bring awareness to the present.
