Come down for lunch as the Federalist Society returns with a pair of fantastic speakers. Robert Johnson, a high-profile litigator for the Institute for Justice and former Supreme Court clerk, and Stefan Cassella, former Chief of the Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section of the US Attorney's Office, will be discussing the merits of civil asset forfeiture and cases such as Kelo v. City of New London.
