On Tuesday March 13, at 12 noon, in Room 403, the Federalist Society is hosting Mr. Ilya Shapiro of the Cato Institute for a discussion "High on Federalism: Marijuana's Challenge to Federal State Relations." Commentary will be provided by Professor Meyerson. There will be a free lunch. Mr. Shapiro is a senior fellow in constitutional studies at the Cato Institute and editor-in-chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review.
