The Court of Special Appeals, which normally sits in Annapolis, will sit and hear cases at the University of Baltimore School of Law Moot Courtroom. Appropriate attire is required. No audio or video recording is permitted. Cell phones and similar devices should be powered off.
Please refrain from speaking while the court is in session; even whispered conversation can distract the parties.
