Join us outside of .5 on the patio to enjoy a yoga class co-sponsored by SSWLC and SBA's Mental Health Programs! Breath through an hour and fifteen-minute mindfulness yoga class and enjoy snacks afterwards. All skill levels welcome! Food Provided.
