As a supervisor, providing effective communication is a top workplace skill. Giving employee feedback is a crucial conversation and engaging in a feedback session does not have to be painful! When proven techniques are utilized then the communication exchange can be rewarding. In this class, you will learn a five-phase model to deliver effective feedback.
