The University of Baltimore community will join other campuses in the University System of Maryland to observe a moment of silence and reflection in honor of Bowie State University student Second Lt. Richard Collins III, who was killed last May at the University of Maryland, College Park. You are urged to join with your fellow community members for a quiet remembrance of this promising young man and the values of tolerance and inclusion that he stood for.
