Location:

Room:
Lobby
Description:

Join us for an exhibit of stories representing unaccompanied children's reflections on their lives in their home countries, why they left home, their journey across the U.S.-Mexico border, and their lives now in the United States.* The exhibit will also provide experiential opportunities for participants to trace the steps of various young people's journeys, both over the border and through U.S. immigration policy.

FREE and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.

This research, conducted in partnership with Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services, was funded by the UB Foundation Fund for Excellence Program and the College of Public Affairs.

*The stories are fictionalized to protect these individuals but they reflect the actual experiences of the young people.
