The Maryland Comptroller's Office will hold a swearing-in ceremony for Comptroller Peter Franchot in the University of Baltimore's Wright Theater in the UB Student Center, 21 W. Mt. Royal Ave. This is an invitation-only event. A reception in the adjacent Bogomolny Room will follow.
