Join Us for the ‘Pitch for a Million’ Real Estate Fellows Competition

Come cheer on Cohort 4 of the University of Baltimore’s Real Estate Fellows and Venture Challenge

Join us for the finale to what has been a remarkable journey for members of Cohort 4 of the Real Estate Fellows at The University of Baltimore as they complete their 10 weeks of intensive study by pitching their neighborhood development proposal to a panel of experts.

Since last fall, these aspiring UBalt student and alumni entrepreneurs, who are interested in addressing critical development needs within Baltimore’s middle-market neighborhoods, have worked to identify a Baltimore City neighborhood, created a project with a development plan, and prepared an application for financing.

And now it’s time for them to present their ideas in front of a live audience! Judges representing the local real estate and economic development community will select the winners. The winning proposal will receive at least $10,000 in equity for their project and begin the underwriting process to get the necessary financing up to $1 million in a "Guidance Line of Credit" from Baltimore Community Lending to proceed with the project.

Come cheer on our participants!
