Microsoft Excel Part II


 Expand your knowledge of Excel spreadsheets. Generate charts and graphs, perform calculations using formulas and functions, create data series, and add hyperlinks. This workshop is appropriate for users of Microsoft Office 97, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007 and 2010; Office 2010 will be used. A practice assignment is included.

Specific Topics: understanding data types; sorting data; creating series; using formulas and functions; copying and pasting formulas; mastering AutoCalculate and AutoSum, absolute and relative cell references; creating charts and graphs; learning pivot tables and charts; relating worksheets; creating hyperlinks 


Prerequisites: completion of Excel Part I
or equivalent knowledge of Excel
