Setting appropriate performance expectations and providing regular feedback are the keys to individual and team success. Goal setting is a collaborative process so staff members of all levels will benefit from this session.  At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Set performance expectations for yourself and your staff
  • Use the PMP form for goal setting and evaluating performance
  • Develop SMART goals for each employee
  • Use some easy job aids to help you and your employees prepare for the appraisal
  • Practice giving and receiving feedback
