It happens to all of us at least once: you’ve learned it, but maybe it doesn’t show. When it really mattered, the answer didn’t come, your ideas didn’t flow, or distracting thoughts intruded. This workshop will explore cutting edge insights and tips that will help you focus and fully engage your brain when it matters most, whether it’s on a test or at a job interview.
