Speakers are Logan Beirne, an Olin Scholar at Yale Law School and author of Blood of Tyrants: George Washington & The Forging of The Presidency, and Julie Silverbrook, executive director of the Constitutional Sources Project and founder of the Constitutional Conversations program at William & Mary Law School.
