On Thursday, Aug. 21, approximately 83 students will be sworn in as Rule 16 Student Attorneys for participation in the Clinical Law Program for the Fall 2014 semester. Judge Shirley M. Watts of the Court of Special Appeals will issue the oath and present the certificates to the participating students.
