The University of Baltimore Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa and the UB Students Events Board will host a Sept. 11 Observance on the Maryland Avenue side of Gordon Plaza. The event will be held two times for the convenience of the UB community—once at 12:30-1 p.m. and again at 5-5:30 p.m.
