Find your strengths during the University of Baltimore’s annual Strengths Week!
StrengthsQuest™ is an online assessment tool that helps identify five of your natural talents. By focusing on areas of strength rather than weakness, you can work to enhance your knowledge and skills both inside and outside of the classroom.

Post a short video (up to 30 seconds) on the StrengthsQuest™ Facebook page (www.facebook.com/UBstrengths) that demonstrates one or more of your talent themes.

Get creative and post a photo of yourself showing off your strengths to our Facebook wall (www.facebook.com/UBstrengths).

Selling your Strengths
Wed. Feb. 25

Learn how to impress and influence prospective employers by marketing your top five Strength Themes. In this workshop we will look at ways to advertise your strengths on resumes and during interviews. Attendees should complete Strengths Quest prior to attending this session.
Leading with Strength

During this workshop, you’ll find out how to use your strengths to transform your approach to leadership and work more effectively as part of a team.
