This training session is designed to help you learn about your role and responsibility as a UB staff or faculty member to prevent and report acts of sexual misconduct on our campus. The university seeks to educate our entire community about sexual harassment, sexual assault and other sexual misconduct actions in order to maintain a campus environment that is safe for everyone.
These sessions will inform you of the duty to report sexual misconduct incidents, provide the definition of certain behaviors, and give guidance on how to handle misconduct situations, as well as when to report them. The sessions will offer clear examples and allow time for questions. Your participation will satisfy your obligation to attend a sexual misconduct information and training session.
