Legal Career Paths in Affordable Housing and Community Development Law

Thursday, April 11 – 12-1pm, 12th Floor

Attend to learn about career opportunities in affordable housing and community development law. Lawyers working in the private, public, for-profit and non-profit sectors will share their experience and career paths, and answer questions.

 

PANELISTS

Dorcas Gilmore who teaches at the University of Maryland Carey Law School and has a community development focused practice;

Shana Roth-Gormley, a lawyer at the Community Law Center and its pro bono coordinator;

Adam Block, an associate at Gallagher Evelius & Jones whose practice involves representation of developers, owners and investors in affordable housing deals;

Amber Mohr, an associate at Ballard Spahr LLP whose practice involves representation of housing authorities and developers in affordable housing transactions; and

Hilary Jaffe who represents low-income housing tax credit investors.
