Description:

Floods, wildfires, droughts...we are witnessing on a daily basis the weather extremes resulting from climate change, and the devastation happening to communities across the globe.

Whether in cities or in agricultural settings, climate can be a matter of life and death, and the poor are disproportionately impacted.

What can the legal community do to mitigate the damage, and make it easier for people beleaguered by changing climate to relocate?

Hear from School of Law professors Elizabeth KeyesNienke Grossman and Sonya Ziaja on this important and timely topic. This webinar is a companion to the Baltimore Law Fall 2021 cover story on this topic. The webinar will be recorded for later viewing.
