Omicron Delta Kappa Initiation

UBalt Student Center
5th flr

New members learn about the history and symbols of O?K, the meaning of those Greek letters and the leadership values embraced by all members (collaboration, inclusivity, integrity, scholarship, and service). Circles provide information about the history of the Society’s presence on a particular campus. Initiates are provided with a pin (the Key of Membership) and a certificate identifying individuals as members of Omicron Delta Kappa. You are encouraged to invite friends and family members to join you on this special occasion. If you cannot attend initiation, we will make alternative arrangements with you to take the ODK Oath at another time, as national bylaws require all newly selected members to take the oath. We will have a special guest, Dr. Tara Singer, President and CEO of Omicron Delta Kappa. She will begin the ceremony with some opening remarks about ODK.
