Description:

CNCM & GAHS will pay registration fees for a limited number of students on a First-Come, First-Served basis! Please register for the other 2 trainings as well! CNCM will reach out to you with your ticket information & zoom link. If you do not receive an email at least 2 weeks in advance of the event, please email Talia.Martinez@UBalt.edu This interactive training helps trainees understand how their perceptions of conflict change the outcomes they experience. It also gives them new ways to look at conflicts, which they can use to help resolve disputes. This event is sponsored by the Baltimore Community Mediation Center (BCMC). To make conflict management skills accessible to Baltimore city residents and the greater online community BCMC is hosting an online conflict management training workshop series at a reduced cost! People who attend the trainings will learn more about their perceptions of conflict, what to do when conflict happens, how to listen more purposefully during conflict, how to ask open-ended questions to facilitate understanding, and the power of emotional intelligence. This is a means to access skills to help you navigate and mitigate conflict in your life and relationships. Please take advantage of this opportunity!
