Description:

The Office of Diversity and International Services invites you to join us in celebrating Trans Pride. The goal of Trans Pride is to increase the strength of the trans and gender diverse community and our allies (both within and beyond Baltimore City) through increased visibility, connection, love, and the celebration of our lives. It’s important to recognize that there’s been an increase in anti-trans legislation across the U.S. this year and to show up for the trans community in this pivotal time. Click here to view a recent anti-trans legislative risk map. Maryland is a state that better protects transgender people both culturally and legally - Governor Wes Moore recently signed the Trans Health Equity Act into law which requires access to gender affirming care.
