Please join us for a talk by Prof. Edmond Chang of Ohio University, who will be discussing his work on “gaming while Asian,” the importance of thinking and talking about race in relation to games and game culture, and his own experiences in the space as a scholar and player.

Dr. Chang is a multifaceted scholar whose work brings together literature, game studies and design, queer studies, and technology and race. In addition to critical writing and research, he is also a game designer, including the tabletop fantasy RPG Tellings and the LARP game framework Archaea.
