Vice President for Facilities Management and Capital Planning Named Steering Committee Chair for Center Baltimore Partnership

Neb Sertsu, vice president for the University of Baltimore's Department of Facilities Management and Capital Planning, has been named chair of the Central Baltimore Partnership Steering Committee. The Steering Committee serves as CBP's governing body. Sertsu will serve a one-year term in the position.
Sertsu has served as UB's representative on the Steering Committee for the last four years. He is a member of CBP's Sustainability Committee and one of two CBP representatives on the committee that is selecting a master developer for Penn Station and adjacent parcels.
Sertsu will serve in a key role in engaging community leaders across Central Baltimore in support of CPB's mission to "galvanize the renaissance of Central Baltimore" by partnering with neighborhood organizations, non-profits, educational institutions, businesses and governmental agencies.
