Sally joined the HR team in January 2004. Previously she worked for the University of Maryland, Baltimore as a Senior Staffing Specialist and then as a Senior Compensation Analyst. She has also taught a variety of human resource management courses in undergraduate business degree programs.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Baltimore, and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane Law School. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work, and a member of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).

Diana joined the HR team in May 2019. Previously she worked for Maryland Judiciary and prior to that for Publishers Circulation Fulfillment Inc. Her background is in Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Recruiting and Reporting.
Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Sonoma State University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and Society for Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM – CP). She is a member of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).

Mike joined the HR team in November 2022. Previously, he worked for the University of Maryland, Baltimore as an Organization and Employee Development Senior Consultant and was Employee Relations and Development Manager at Towson University prior to that position. He has also taught a variety of human resource management and communication courses in undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, a Post-Bachelors Certificate in Management and Leadership Development and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University. He is active on the state, regional, and national levels of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).

David joined Human Resources in September, 2019. Previously, he had worked at employee engagement consultancy ModernThink, and then for Arcadia University for five years ending as a Senior HR Generalist.
David holds two Bachelors of Arts from West Chester University of Pennsylvania: the first in International Relations and the second in Russian Language. He is also an active member of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), serving on the Eastern Region Board of Directors from 2018-2020.

Nicole joined the HR team in February 2022. Previously she worked at Apex Physics Partners as an HR Generalist.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from McDaniel College. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a Certified Mediator by the National Association of Certified Mediators (NACM). She is a member of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).

Nicola holds an MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics from the University of Baltimore, is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
