Dr. Kahlil King is an organizational psychologist with an interest in the intersection of home and work life. Her research focuses on psychological detachment from home at work, home-to-work interference, and the antecedents and consequences of eating disorders in the workplace. Dr. King taught in K-12 education for many years before transitioning to higher education in 2016. Her primary passion lies in teaching and mentoring, where she strives to inspire and guide the next generation of scholars.
